Who Should Join

Citizens and/or residents of Malaysia and above 18 years old of age residing or working in Malaysia without restriction of sex, race or religion who are working directly or indirectly in the Customer Relationship Management Organization that operates a Customer relationship management function and or a Contact centre organization that operate Contact Centre function or a user to or a vendor to a Customer Relationship Management Organization and Contact Centre organization are eligible to be a member of the Association.

Whether you are a multi-national corporation, a small and medium enterprise or a government department and you deal with your customers via a contact centre, the Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Association of Malaysia is for you. Whether you are in the planning process or are an established player the CCAM can help you. Currently we have members who own call centres, use call centre and members who serve the call centre industry from a broad range of vertical industries including:

  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Insurance
  • Telecom providers
  • Manufacturers
  • Government departments
  • Utilities, transportation and health care providers
  • Hospitality
  • Information technology providers and much more

Membership Application Form & Process

Below is the process of becoming a CCAM Member: –

  1. Complete the Membership Application form
  2. Email the completed form to CCAM Secretariat. Email ccam_secretariat@ccam.com.my
  3. CCAM Secretariat will contact the names in the Membership Application form for verification within one working day
  4. CCAM Secretariat will fix an appointment for CCAM Executive Director for a courtesy visit at the Applicant’s premise
  5. CCAM Secretariat will submit the completed membership application form to its Executive Committee after the visit for approval
  6. CCAM Secretariat will send an acceptance letter and invoice to the Applicant. The original document will be sent via courier for payment processing
  7. Applicant to remit the per se subscription fee within fourteen working days from date of invoice
