PAMESH KUMA SELVARAJ
Pamesh has been a member of the call centre fraternity since 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in contact centre management, both customer experience and sales for various industries. Specific area of responsibility includes recruitment, attrition management, contract negotiations, management of performance vis-à-vis contractual key performance indicators as well as operational design.
He is a COPC Implementation Leader, and he likes to design and customize customer journey with potential prospects on top of his daily routine as a strategist in producing more high performing contact centres. He has a strong interest in mentoring the next set of leaders, as well as to work closely with other departments in providing the best solution to his clients.
Pamesh has been an active member in CCAM, and this is his second term as a Treasurer.
