Executive Committee

Manju Thavamoney has over 30 years of working experience that span across hospitality, telecommunication, banking and IT. She currently is a senior manager at a multinational organization. She holds a Certificate in NEBS Management from City and Guilds of London, Certification in ITIL Foundation, and ITIL Practitioner; Support and Restore as well as Prince 2 Foundation.

Manju is a founding member of Contact Centre Association of Malaysia and is still an active executive committee member of the Association.

She is married with 3 teenage boys. In her free time, she teaches English to underprivileged children at HOPE Worldwide Kuala Lumpur.
