JASMINDAR SINGH GURUBAKH SINGH
Jasmindar Singh served in the banking industry for 41 years in various capacities from Branch operations, Corporate lending, Electronic Banking and Contact Center.
His Contact Center experience spanned 19 years from 1999 to 2018. Was responsible for setting up the CIMB bank’s maiden retail Contact Center and in 2015 the Business Contact Center under Investment banking. Currently involved in providing consultancy and training services.
He holds a Certificate in Banking, IT and is a certified Support Manager (CSM).
Jasmindar is an active member of the Association of Customer Experience of Malaysia since it’s inception and held position of Vice President and Treasurer. Was also the Chairman of the CCAM awards committee in 2016.
