Chiew is the Head, Digital Transformation at Daythree Business Services Sdn Bhd and he has over 20 years’ experience in Multimedia, IT and Broadcasting Industry.

He started his contact center journey with a leading local telecommunication company in 2011 and has over 8 years of contact center industry experience mainly in managing contact center transition, contact center operations and setting up captive contact center.

Chiew is COPC HPMT and LSS Green Belt certified. He specialized in operational cost optimization, process automation design and optimize customer experience through technology.

He has won numerous awards for both individual and corporate category in operational excellence for regional and national level i.e. CCAM.
