Adi is currently a Service Desk Manager at DHL Information Services (Asia-Pacific) Sdn Bhd and has over 13 years of Customer Service Industry experience with almost 12 years directly involved within the Contact Centre and Service Desk arena.
He holds a Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Shinshu University, Japan and certification in ITIL Foundation and another in ITIL Practitioner; Service Management.
Adi has help DHL Information Services to won several individual & corporate category in CCAM awards and has been actively participating in CX related events.
